"Great location"
Great location, very quiet air conditioned rooms, Bathroom shower ran hot and cold. Recommended accommodation in heart of Birmingham. Bed very comfortable.
"Would stay again"
All staff genuinely helpful. We felt welcome from start to finish. Breakfast and room all fine, room clean, breakfast nice etc. would stay again. The entrance is situated next to McDonald’s. Stayed for one night- We stored our bags there on both days which made a great difference to our trip. In some hotels now this service is charged for.

Firstly an absolute incredible team everyone was so helpful. Jade was very lovely, very helpful and served us for most of the night. Me and my partner will make this our place to stay when we visit Birmingham in the future. Bed was incredibly comfortable, clean room, shower was really powerful and all was perfect.
