"My home from home"
My home from home in Birmingham. So handy for Moor and New Street stations, and retail therapy heavens Bullring and Central. Although a chain hotel, the standard of cleanliness, great food and fab service never fails. Lovely Naisim and Aaron, you are so kind and make visiting the hotel like going to stay with friends.
"ok for one night"
room a bit tight no drawers to put stuff in food menu hardly any choice ok if you like steak or burgers (so we had to eat out every night would of prefer to use the meal deal ) breakfast was ok though sometimes the food was not cooked properly one staff member was absolutely wonderful and was very knowledgeable on buses etc i wish we got her name because she is a credit to the hotel good location not far from the main areas
"Friendly"
Very friendly staff, extremely helpful and very welcoming with a big smile and laughs. Always a pleasure to come here and be greeted so nicely
"Not very clean"
Not as clean as last time I stayed. You could hear all the noises from the neighbouring rooms on the 6th floor. Was a much better experience on lower floors, which I have stayed in previously. There was a funny smell to the room and hairs in the bed. Will not be returning unfortunately.
"Business short stay"
Overall, my stay was a good one. Check-in was quick and easy, and the bathroom was lovely and spotless. The room itself was clean and comfortable, and once I managed to get it working, the air conditioning kept the room at a nice temperature. However, the bedding felt a little itchy, and I think the tea and coffee station could be improved with extra tea options and hot chocolate. It also would have been helpful if staff had explained whether breakfast was available and where it was located.
