"Premier inn exchange square"
Lovely breakfast, comfy beds and the rooms were amazing they were clean and tidy and we had a great night sleep lovely service especially from Jenny and Patrick
"A big shout out to the guy running the breakfast shift."
A fantastic stay at Bristol Premier Inn, the staff were friendly, but a big shout out to the staff member running solo on the breakfast shift, he worked so hard, greeting us with a pleasant smile, and he kept everything clean, tidy, and running smoothly. I've ever seen someone work so hard.

First class/rate hotel. Superb Premier Inn Plus room. Views over the city. Fridge, coffee machine. Chocolates 🍫 excellent. Would have been better with TWO ARM CHAIRS. Restaurant could not fault it. First class. Beer and Block Steakhouse. Steak to die for. Service first class
"Pleasant Stay "
Have not stayed in a.premier inn before and was very pleasantly surprised. Friendly, professional staff. Was in a plus room on 14th floor. Room was very clean and contemporary. As Was the bathroom. Great air conditioning, we stayed during heatwave and room was always cool. Very comfortable bed and bedding, slept very well. Comfortable easy chair, and matching office chair, stool and ottoman. Having mini fridge was a bonus and it kept drinks very cold. Great shower, bathroom lighting and toiletries. The room is easily the same standard as 4* hotel rooms. There is a londis and coop a minutes walk away, as well as a Greg's and macdonalds. Parking is about a 10 minute walk away, free if you have a blue badge. Few minutes in other direction brings you to the bullring centre.
"A first class experience which I look forward to repeating."
My experience at this hotel was very positive. First impressions were very good with the receptionist striking exactly the right tone. She was warm, friendly and welcoming without being overly familiar. She was also very efficient and went the extra mile in trying to meet my needs. My room was clean, well appointed and comfortable. The temperature was just right. Bathroom was spotless and the shower was excellent. The hotel was conveniently close to the public system too…. New Street train station was only ten minutes away. All in all, I would happily recommend this hotel.
