On first arriving young lady booked us in very happy and welcoming, that evening we had dinner in the restaurant another young lady again very happy and helpful took our order ( both these lady’s are a credit too the company sadly I didn’t catch there names we stayed on 13/05/26 booked out next day ) I hope they see this
Breakfast was a buffet wide range of choice and very nicely laid out 10/10

"Central location, friendly staff and great stay"
Great stay for 4 days at the hotel, and accessible central location made all the difference. Staff were exceptional, and always willing to advise or help. Room was spacious and clean. Parking slightly expensive but free for Blue Badge holders. Lift available for those with limited mobility.

We stay at this Premier Inn quite a lot, due to it's proximity to NIA, Symphony Hall, etc for gigs & shows.
Staff are always friendly, rooms are clean & breakfast is well cooked & a decent choice.
