    "Handy for venues"
    Great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Considering the location there was very little traffic noise. Very near Symphony Hall and other venues. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Have stayed here before and will do again.

    whenever in Birmingham we always stay here ,not a perfect hotel for summer time as they do not have AC or Parking . Location of this hotel is best as compare to any other premier inn in city centre, Staff is amazing from reception to restaurant nothing is too much trouble for them ,while our stay it was very hot and there was no means to cool down the room, we were given extra fans and there was chilled water available 24/7 in the lobby. lego land ,sealife ,broadstreet,all very near by .

    Easy to find and great location for the station,theatre and canal restaurants plus the mailbox plus shopping Close enough to the centre but far enough for a quiet sleep. Warm friendly welcome on arrival. Rooms clean with everything you need. Comfy bed and pillow, great shower.The breakfast was amazing. Lots of variety. Fruit cereal, toast patisserie..Full breakfast which was really tasty. The staff in the restaurant were friendly nothing was too much trouble. I would highly recommend this Premier to stay. The guy on reception was funny and really informative. Thanks for a great stay.

    This is a reasonably priced Premier Inn easily accessible by tram or bus and ideal for anybody attending the ICC and Symphony Hall area of Birmingham. The staff are very friendly and helpful. Comfortable bed and clean room. Good value for money.
