      "Great hotel. Excellent staff."
Well positioned hotel on the canal side. Staff were all very helpful. Breakfast was lovely in a room by the canal. Room had everything you could need except for AC. We had a fan that helped. This is the only reason they lost a star. We had a lovely room overlooking the canal. However, we would return. I would recommend this hotel. Great shops and restaurants nearby.
      "Disappointing"
No problems on arrival, no parking but plenty of local car parks, Fiveways parking was £9.50 for 24hrs. The room was very out dated in need of freshening up,carpets need a good clean as well as the halls etc. Woken up early as it was very noisy outside with deliveries etc. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was very nice. Not worth the £140 per night though
      "Hot but good"
The hotel is in a very good location - close to the ICC where my conference was. It doesn't look the prettiest from the road but the staff were friendly and the facilities simple but satisfying. I stayed when the weather was very hot and the hotel doesn't have AC. The windows were open, blinds down and fans available but I didn't sleep well (despite the bed being comfortable). I would stay here again if in the area because the value for money was good, but hopefully it will be cooler.
      "Great vegan breakfast"
Great stay for a work trip. I want to especially thank all the staff in the restaurant for breakfast. I’m vegan and they made sure I had everything I needed to have a delicious breakfast. I really appreciated that!
      "Convenient City Centre location ..."
I’ve never seen a check-in queue that extends out the door, but we were greeted by one when we tried to check-in at 15:30. Having checked-in online, I still had to confirm my details at the counter, sign a piece of paper and pick up my room keys; there was not automated check-in terminal. Our room was small and had a low ceiling, but other than that it was comfortable and quiet. No complaints.
