      "So hot!"
Third time staying here. Position is excellent- and quiet. Previously stayed in Winter months, but this time it was soooooo hot. Windows open (limited due to restrictors) curtains closed and provided fan on constantly but temp never dropped below 29 degrees. Bought so much ice from Tesco Express nearby and took 2/3 cool showers each day, but if climate change means this will be the new normal, then PInn will need to invest in some cooling tower fans as this was not a comfortable stay at all. The staff are without exception helpful and considerate but little they could do. Breakfast was good, especially to sit near open doors onto the canal and the fresh breeze this afforded. Especially nice (and unusual for PInn) is the lovely selection of complementary magazines available in the reception area- really appreciated that touch. Will undoubtedly return, but perhaps only in cooler months.
      "As expected!"
Good comfortable hotel very near the city centre & railway station. The quality was what I would expect for a big brand hotel. The check in staff were cheery and polite.
      "Great location and fantastic service!"
Excllent service from check in at reception to restaurant in evening and breakfast - great location too! An excellent advert for Premier Inn and Birmingham!
"Great Hotel, Location and Very Clean 'Impressed'"
We were in Birmingham for the Peter Kay Show. The hotel was situated ideal for all the restaurants, shops and a gentle walk to utilita arena. We were impressed by the cleanliness of the hotel and room even the lift smelt clean. The room was warm and bed comfy. We had a bath but opted to shower which was lovely, plenty of hot water. There was drinking water available in foyer along with extra supplies of tea/coffee/milk which was great, not having to ask. Breakfast was good offering alternatives herbal teas, milks and although the cooked is buffet style the chef will cater for various dietary requirements if asked. All in all our first visit to Birmingham was good, so wouldnt hesitate recommending the Premier Inn. So forgot to mention but Staff are very lovely too.
      "Not the best"
Room and bathroom was very small. I’ve stayed in many premier inns and this was by far the smallest. Bar closes really early, was closed by 10:30pm. Could get a drink but had to take it to the room to drink. Again, never seen bars close this early in other premier inns.
