    The staff were amazing and provided great service throughout my stay. The room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast and dinner was very nice. Will definitely stay here again

    A great stay at Premier Inn! The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for sightseeing, accessing other facilities and getting to other parts of Birmingham centre. The staff were all incredibly friendly and helpful. We also enjoyed a great drink by the canal side bar.

    Lovely location and had an amazing stay here. Visited with my friend and everything is nearby with walking distance. All staff we across were friendly and helpful. Rooms are nice, and had a great sleep. Breakfast and dinner was very good hot and fresh. However don’t have car park or AC but it was fine as info was listed on website. The hotel provided info of where to park and fan were provided in the room and lighter bedding was offered instead of the big duvet.
