    "A great stay in Birmingham"
I stayed at this particular Premier Inn for two nights on a business trip. The location was central, just walking distance to restaurants and shops and the rooms were spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised that the hotel was quiet and so slept really well. The bed was also very comfortable. I would like to highlight the excellent staff and customer service especially Bernie and Vikash. Both always with a smile and ready to help in anyway they could to make sure the hotel guests were happy. The only negative is that the hotel doesn't have parking so need to use nearby parking lots. I would absolutely recommend staying at Premier Inn Bridge street
    "Good stay"
Really good stay with excellent staff really lovely room and comfortable bed. Excellent breakfast really comfortable stay
"Rude check in staff one person"
Stayed here Friday 12th September 25 My review is based on first impressions check in and staff First impressions are key One member of staff on check-in was rude and condisending sarcastically shaking her head whilst looking at her co worker Looked fed up I work in sales I know this is key to any business I suggest premier give more training to there staff on customer service
    "Handy for venues"
Great nights sleep in a very comfortable bed. Considering the location there was very little traffic noise. Very near Symphony Hall and other venues. Breakfast was excellent and good value for money. Have stayed here before and will do again.
"Not good for summer time ,Entire team is of 5star level"
whenever in Birmingham we always stay here ,not a perfect hotel for summer time as they do not have AC or Parking . Location of this hotel is best as compare to any other premier inn in city centre, Staff is amazing from reception to restaurant nothing is too much trouble for them ,while our stay it was very hot and there was no means to cool down the room, we were given extra fans and there was chilled water available 24/7 in the lobby. lego land ,sealife ,broadstreet, all very near by .
