    "Amazing service!"
    Amazing service. The staff have been so friendly and helpful we couldn't have asked for more. Thank you to all of you (Tia, Lorna and Charlain). Grade A+ service! And the cocktails were top notch also!

    The layout of our room was great and away from the car park. It was quite close to the town centre. Tia and Fern readily discussed this with us. Fern and Tia were professional, friendly and made us feel welcome. Check in staff Tia and Fern made the check in process seemleand a pleasant experience. The room was very clean and tidy. The size of the room, professionalism and friendly staff. Many thanks to Tia and Fern. Very quiet.

    Tia and Fem were amazing!! They gave us another room when we were short of beds! The atmosphere is amazing I've never been to a hotel this nice. Everywhere was clean and its so incredibly quiet.

    The room was pretty standard, clean and comfortable. The free wifi was not good. There was no fruit juice at breakfast and some of the staff appeared to need more training as booking a table for an evening meal was quite difficult one evening and how you orderred a meal was different on different evenings.
