    "Outstanding staff."
    We had a very pleasurable stay from the moment we arrived. Parking and payment arrangements were very quick and easy, staff very friendly and went out of their way to give us the best service and deals available in the restaurant and were very attentive. The breakfast was excellent; tasty and plentiful. Excellent value for money. I would love to have another excuse to stay here.

    This hotel has plenty of mixed reviews, I think it likely depends on the night of week you go. We went on a very busy Saturday, hotel appeared full. Pros: - Social space is a good touch, plenty of working areas and tables, serves food all day and a bar - Beds and rooms clean and comfortable as the usual premier inn standard - Reception staff welcoming Cons: - Car park is a bit of a joke. Really expensive and loads of free parking and road parking in the area (although the area isn’t great). £8.50 but if you leave and it’s full, you’ve already paid and you’ve no space - Housekeeping team very unwelcoming - No juice at breakfast (orange and apple all run out)

    Enjoyed the food and the service was great, the bar / restaurant team of Charlaine, Fern, Amira and Lorna were very helpful and friendly. Would highly recommend and will come back again!

    Just minutes from the M6, M42 and M5, our Premier Inn Birmingham City - Aston is even better connected than a certain Mrs Osbourne. And, thankfully, quite a bit quieter too. Nip into Birmingham city centre for great shopping at the Bull Ring, the Sea Life Centre's underwater world and the trendy bars and businesses of the Mailbox and Brindley Place. Take a trip to chocolate heaven at Cadbury World. Or cheer on your team at Villa Park or St Andrews Stadium, , both just two miles away. Then return and refuel in our tasty restaurant, spacious rooms and extra-comfy beds.
