We stayed here for one night on a weekend trip. Rooms were lovely and clean, comfortable and exactly what’s to be expected from a Premier Inn. However, what stood out the most was the beautiful energy brought by the hotel receptionist Bernie! An absolute credit. Friendly, knowledgeable and nothing was too much trouble, she will leave a lasting impression on how to achieve 10/10 customer service.

Stayed here for one night and honestly couldn’t have picked a better location. You’re right by the canal, a couple of minutes from The Mailbox, and an easy walk to Broad Street, Brindleyplace and the city centre. The room was exactly what you want from a Premier Inn – clean, comfortable and quiet. The bed was really comfy and I slept brilliantly. Check-in was quick and all the staff I spoke to were friendly and welcoming. What I liked most was being able to step outside and walk straight along the canal. There are loads of places to eat and drink nearby, and everything felt within walking distance. It made exploring Birmingham really easy without needing taxis or public transport. For the price, I genuinely don’t think you can go wrong. Great location, comfortable room and friendly staff.

"A great location and hotel, within easy reach of so much."

Great location. 10min approx from Birmingham new street station to hotel. Atmosphere on arrival fine. Room exactly as it usually is, So good. Value for money excellent for a couple. I am single but prepared to pay couples rate. Always happy with room presentation/ cleanliness.no noise heard. Service fine.

"Too hot in room, unable to sleep."

The location was good, but there is no parking, only 20 mins drop off. For someone with a bad back, it was not ideal. The room, was small and overheated. It was 24C inside during the second night with no air conditioning, even though they advertise it in the hallway, and no way of opening the windows. I never slept and went home a day early as I could not take another night there. I finally got to sleep at 5am, to be woken at 0730 with a building site opposite.
