      There are tramline expansion roadworks being carried out on Broad Street, please check for road closures before you travel or contact reception for advice.

      "Great location and top tier breakfast!"
      Nice stay, right next to Broad Street. Friendly and helpful staff. Superb cooked breakfast, hats off to the chef! Beds comfortable and the car park had plenty of spaces. If we visit Birmingham again, we will make this our first choice and hope that the same chef is working here.
      "Premier Inn, Utilita Birmingham Centre"
      Stayed at Premier Inn close to Utilita Arena. Hotel situated only a 10 min walk from Arena and the bars and restaurants along the canal or in the recently developed square. Staff very friendly. We opted for cooked breakfast and were pleased with selection of all breakfast offering. This hotel is good for a straightforward stay and sleep stay. If you want a bar and restaurant at h the time we stayed this wasn’t available at Premier Inn.

      Great place to visit the city. All the staff are welcoming, efficient and professional. Nothing was too much trouble for the reception staff and any queries were dealt with quickly without fuss. The rooms are clean and comfortable. There is a resturant within the hotel and although the menu is limited the staff were amazing. Big thank you to Ivy and Anici for their care, friendliness and skills, they made meal times a pleasure, especially as I was travelling and eating alone.

      Great value hotel with amazing staff, with a lovely atmosphere. Couldn't have asked for more. The food tastes good and the bed is very cozy. Love that it's walking distance to the Sea Life centre and Legoland Centre. Plus you can pick up snacks at the local Spar and anything you need from Boots.

      Hotel is clean & comfortable. Staff are exceptional, evening meal and breakfast were outstanding. Hotel is close to bars / restaurants. Convenient parking at the hotel, also parking across the road if the hotel car park is full. Highly recommend this Premier Inn
