      The staff at the Premier Inn in Balsall Common are always friendly and cheerful. We always have a warm welcome and would like to say a special thank you to Mia on reception. The rooms are always clean and comfortable. The breakfast is always delicious with plenty on offer. Thank you to Julie for making sure we had everything we needed.

      We have stayed here a few times and it continues to be spotless. Everything is how it should be. The staff are very welcoming and can’t do enough for you. The restaurant next door serves really good breakfast and dinner with very good staff. I would definitely recommend this Premier Inn
      "AWFUL NIGHTS SLEEP - DO NOT BOOK HERE"
      My husband and I booked here for a night for a good night's sleep before a family reunion the next day. We were unaware there were extractor fans outside our bedroom window, that went off ALL NIGHT. We were SO tired we went to sleep and it was only when we woke (early) we realised what a disturbed night's sleep we had and why. I immediately complained to reception who gave me a contact number for the complaints line. In order to make a noise complaint it has to be immediate, what if you've travelled for 4 hours, you're so exhausted and you're not completely aware of what is keeping you awake because you're trying to sleep!? Awful policies / awful resolution of a customer complaint/ feedback - DO NOT STAY HERE IF YOU WANT TO SLEEP WELL OR RECEIVE A GOOD SERVICE.

      Our experience, staying here, was perfect. The reception staff went above and beyond. Super efficient, super friendly and very patient. Nothing was too much trouble. The restaurant manager deserves credit too. He manages the restaurant so well. Super efficient, super friendly and very customer focused.
