"Excellent price & good stay"
Helpful staff.
Excellent price
Given another (better) room because our booked room was not yet available.
In the evening had a knock on the door from another guest who had also been assigned our room!
Enjoyed evening meal.
Had a pleasant walk in the nearby Warwick cemetery.
Busy even on a Monday evening.

"Disappointed"
Arrived to the room, and it smelt pleasant and fresh as soon as we entered, then we opened the bathroom door and almost threw up as the damp smell was so strong, I feel as though the room was sprayed to mask the damp smell. Air conditioning barely worked, there was no window for us to open and they said they don’t have fans. Then there was the door which didn’t shut properly and the lock didn’t work, when we left the room all you had to do was push the door and it would open, and from inside it would jam up so we couldn’t open it, this was room 3. Disappointing stay.

"Beware of Parking Payments"
We've stayed in this hotel on a number of occasions over the years due to family visits, on times we have booked multiple rooms. We have always paid for parking at the payment machine by the front door. We stayed at the hotel in December 2025 and the machine was not working I enquired with the manager and he informed me that they were trialling no parking charges. We stayed again in Feb 2026 and I check the outside machine in case we had to pay and the machine was off and we subsequently incurred no charge. We stayed in June 2026 and again I checked the payment machine which again was off so assumed the no payment parking trial was still in place and as usual there was no one on reception to check with. A month later I received a parking charge from Horizon for £60. I contacted the Warwick Premier Inn to complain that the outside machine was not on and spoke to an Emma who informed me that there was an iPad in reception for parking payments, on this I said then why not put a notice on the machine outside to warning people. She informed me that she would get the charge cancelled with Horizon and she confirmed this in an email. This week I've received another letter from Horizon this time for £100, which I have paid as I do not want to be in a position where I am promised cancellation and then incur an even greater fine. I would have preferred if Emma had told me she couldn't do anything about the fine. We have staying in this hotel over 10 times sometimes with multiple rooms booked but I won't be staying again as this is a total ripoff.

"Kayleigh saved the day 👏"
We treated ourselves to a Premier Plus room for our 4-night stay at Premier Inn Warwick, so we were disappointed to find, on checking in, that the room hadn’t been cleaned properly. There were spots of blood on the bathroom floor , no hand soap either , also the tea supplies hadn’t been topped up as well .
We raised the issues with the duty manager, Kayleigh, who immediately acted upon everything. She personally made sure the bathroom was cleaned and that all the extra touches you expect with a Premier Plus room were put in place.
From that moment on, Kayleigh really went the extra mile to make sure our 4-night stay was as comfortable and enjoyable as possible. ❤️
Thank you, Kayleigh, for turning what could have been a disappointing start into a lovely stay. Your care and attention were very much appreciated. 🌟👏

"Bad experience"
Before people ask why I’ve left the review this long. I thought I would give Premier Inn chance to sort my credit or reply to my communication. Neither has happened so here we go …..
Myself, my husband and my daughter stayed here on the 30th July, and the issues began from arrival. We didn't arrive until around 20:15 where we tried to use the self check in kiosk as no one was on reception, at this kiosk we tried twice to check in to one of our rooms which it said were both triple rooms. When i tried to book rooms at this hotel there wasn’t an option for triple rooms. We would have gladly booked a triple room rather than having the expense of booking two doubles. It was just a bed for the night as we were leaving early next morning. The screen said our room wasn’t ready which I thought strange at that time of night. We buzzed at reception as the sign instructed and after 10 minutes of waiting and no sign of anybody coming to help, my daughter tried to check into her room on the kiosk which she managed to do. We wanted to sit down and have something to eat and drink so we went to her room to drop our bags and returned to reception where there was still no one available. We went to the restaurant where we enquired about having something to eat to which we were told there were no tables until 21:00 so we sat and had a drink and enquired about checking in at reception and were told that the man run ragged around the restaurant was also covering reception, he was polite enough and manually checked us into our room which he said just hadn't been allocated yet. We took the key card and proceeded to have something to drink whilst waiting for a table. The food was ok, however the wait time at the bar was very long considering the few people in there, due to it taking so long to order cocktails we ordered a bottle of Prosecco as we thought this would be quicker to which we were told there were no Prosecco glasses and we were offered wine glasses instead. This was fine until one of the wine glasses was found with a dead fly inside which we returned for a clean one. Not a good indicator of health and hygiene standards. The next issue was the room myself and my husband were allocated was a disabled room, where both the bed and bathroom facilities were lowered. I understand this is acceptable for somebody who had requested a disabled room, however for my husband who is 6'4 and recovering from knee surgery was far from ideal getting in and out of a lowered bed. It seems as though we hadn't been allocated a room and this disabled room was all they had to offer us. The air conditioning was also broken, by the time the morning came and we were both showering and getting ready the room could have been mistaken for a sauna.
Overall the hotel was poorly managed, it appeared one man was trying to juggle it all whilst two younger members of staff didn't seem to know their way around a bar. The facilities were sub par, we would have rather just used the room for three people rather than being allocated the disabled room as an afterthought which far from met our needs for the night.
They’ve offered me a goodwill credit which I’m still waiting for.
I’ve used Premier Inn plenty of times and never had an issue until this time. Definitely puts you off using them again
