Warwick hotel

Overall an average Premier Inn stay. Beds as always super comfy and staff very helpful / friendly. Reception staff gave my daughter a little goody bag as we were leaving which was a nice touch, and they had some kids colouring sheets and crayons out. Parking is on site and free which is great. This seems to be a bit of an older style P.I, and the room was a little tired. Especially the bathroom. But, shower was good. A/C was welcome in hot weather. Breakfast was a let down - we have been to several P.I and this just wasn’t up to standard. There was no cornflakes either morning (only Rice Krispies or coco pops), no jam, no fruit salad - all minor things but overall just felt lacking compared to other stays.

Our 0800 cuppa was turned upside down today as our ‘regular’ spot was closed …. On a wim we walked to the local Premier Inn in search of our caffeine fix. I am happy to report Kayleigh was a star. We explained we were walk ins. Kayleigh could not do enough to make us all feel welcome. The space was clean and comfortable. The caffeine was hot and free flowing. Thank you Kayleigh for hosting us all. We will be back and next time we hit the Buffett

Fairly standard Premier Inn, clean and comfortable - but the staff were lovely! Chatty with our 6 year old about our trip, and gave out little goodie bags for the kids at breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

As a family of 5 with one toddler the family rooms are a great cost effective offering to accommodate us. Located in a quiet area and only 7 mins drive from Warwick castle. At reception the staff were great and helpful, at breakfast the staff's service had carried over and despite the high volumes of customers, service remained good. Staff even noticed small details and made friendly conversations and helped my children with the food. So kudos to the staff especially Kayleigh, Khadejah and Libby. All in all a well received service and staff at a reasonable price. Will be sad when we become too big for the family rooms plus a cot.

Premier Inn Warwick. Travelled South from Blackpool breaking our journey to Southampton. The hotel was everything you would expect, however Josh on reception was having to deal with everything that needed doing when we arrived about 3.30 pm. We did see 2 other staff upstairs when we went to our room. He did a great job and was polite and helpful at all times however some guests were niggly about having to wait whilst he went from one task to another. Well done Josh on juggling everything at once and keeping guests happy - you deserve congratulations.
