Warwick hotel

Situated on a quiet business park, we’re just a 3 minute walk from the bus stop to Warwick Town Centre. The room is every bit as good as we've come to expect from a Premier Inn, and the air con is very welcome! We ate in the Thyme restaurant inside the hotel and the staff were all attentive, friendly, and welcoming. Georgina, Rhina, Taran, and Emma were constantly busy and helpful to customers and this is a credit to the Premier Inn and is highly recommended.

Perfect for our one night stay when visiting family in Warwick. Efficiently run.. very helpful and happy staff at check in.. nothing was too much trouble. Room was clean and tidy.. all we needed for our stay. Had evening meal on arrival and breakfast the following morning. At breakfast the restaurant was so efficiently run by seemingly one happy, friendly member of staff.***** Sadly didn’t note her name. Rhina, Taran and Mathew good work at dinner!

Location great, near A roads though you can't hear them. Atmosphere enhanced by surrounding trees and greenery. Rooms standard, you know what you are getting. Staff make the experience unique to Location. For instance on Thursday I booked a nice early dinner time of 5.30pm to be out of everyone's way as they were likelybto get busy. Rhina quickly took my order of a starter, a side and pudding. Then she attended to other tables in the normal way, whilst also training new staff. Some while later someone else asked me about a totally different main course option which I hadn't asked for and didn't want. Some time after that Josh popped by and expressed surprise that I hadn't been served any food yet. Shortly after Josh returned to ask me about a totally different main option which I hadn't asked for nor wanted. I mentioned what I had ordered which he organised to arrive shortly after. In all, my starter and side took an hour to arrive. Happily, with a mug of hot chocolate in front of me, good view of trees out the window and regular changes to adjacent tables where people were being served promptly, it was fine. Some while later, I asked after my pudding, apparently the kitchen was very busy and it would take a while. So I waited, and when I next saw Josh I asked him when it might be available. He said he would go make it for me and moments later it arrived. In all, my ealy quick supper took 90 minutes. Previously, when extremely busy, Rhina has fitted me in for a swift bowl of salad, so I was fed and away in under 10 minutes. I do try to leave space as I know how busy it gets. So, there we are. Some staff can get things done, they are what makes each standard site, unique. Other great staff move so quickly you can hardly see their badges to thank them by name! Of note for their brilliance are also James? and the mother/daughter combo Amy + ? Keep up the good work, see you next time.

I would like to commend Josh, the manager on shift at the Warwick Premier Inn, for his absolutely outstanding customer service. He went above and beyond to ensure every guest received their food while also managing reception duties efficiently. His professionalism, positive attitude, and dedication were exceptional. An outstanding member of the team, will definitely stay here again!

Restaurant is terrible, food is so limited and not available at 7pm!
