Alternatively, the nearest off-site carpark is Ardent street car park, located at 18 Arden Street, Stratford Upon Avon, CV37 6NW, just a 5-minute walk from the hotel. The car park costs £12 for 24 hours, £20 for 48 hours or £3.00 for an overnight charge between 16:00-08:00.

"Good stay"
A good stay, room clean bed comfy, food was good and value for money. Staff friendly, felt a bit sorry for them as busy with guests checking in, but they have to double up as bar serving too, customers kept having to ask them to come to the bar to serve. Not there fault, just how Premier Inn work it it there! Overall a nice visit.
"Ok. But not the best experience"
Clean and tidy but very short staffed. They were all multi tasking and looked very tired. The dining room was cold and asked for heating to be turned up It didn’t make any difference. Food not worth the money as very expensive and went away hungry

Great hotel next to the canal great hotel room very big room amazing staff so helpful and so friendly the food was hot and cooked well and a nice bar i would recommend this hotel very highly.
"Lovely weekend away"
Nice place to stay. Staff all very helpful and provided us with extra pillows + chocolate when my partner felt a bit down. V comfy and spacious in the premier plus rooms.
"Okay stay, some good some bad"
Pros - The location and breakfast were good, also the staff at breakfast were very nice. Rooms are good with a comfortable bed Cons - We only had one towel between two people in the bathroom! The self check in computer was very temperamental and the reception staff were not very helpful. Parking is a nightmare if you get there late
