"Great hotel and stay."

Fabulous place with spacious room and facilities. Comfortable bed. Everything provided hairdryer coffee/tea making facilities. Easy parking. Staff were very nice and helpful. Quick check in. Would definitely recommend and will stay again.

"Spring Monday in Stratford"

Perfect location, just a few minutes walk to town. Beautiful view of the canal. Modern, clean room. Lovely breakfast with caring staff and clean tables.

"A nice comfortable budget hotel situated up the hill"

We stayed here one night, receptionist was friendly on arrival and helped us swap our rooms by personally coming up the stairs with us. Rooms were lovely, clean, comfortable but not very large and overlooks a large Macdonald's takeaway American style island operation, with so many lights on overlooking industrial units. We were situated about twenty minutes up the hill from the main river front. We had a good night sleep. We had a good breakfast with helpful staff which was busy with residents ,as it is a little walk to somewhere else to find so i think most leisure guests do eat. We managed to park right outside £7 for 24 hours which you pay separately outside in the machine.

"Nice, relaxing stay, for some Shakespeare."

Nice location by the canal, just outside the town centre, but still within walking distance. Friendly and helpful staff. Clean and tidy rooms and public areas.

"Great spot, needs work"

Great location, great parking £7 for 24 hrs was perfectly reasonable. Paulina in the restaurant was fantastic. Hotel nice in general. The heating in my room did not work and there was mould at the top of the window (probs because heating didn’t work). An oil radiator was provided. This made the room warm but so dry I left with a cough. Passive aggressive starey bossy female on reception with her shirt half unbuttoned was not appealing or welcoming in any way.
