"Great location"
Good place to stay as central to Stratford upon Avon. Very short walk to shops/riverside. Beds were super comfy, as you’d expect from a Premier Inn. Entrance to hotel is not very welcoming in appearance, and you do have to go up several flights of stairs to reach reception. There is a lift, which is slow and self operated, but an option for hose who might be less able. Breakfast was OK, nothing special, but for price it was fine. Would stay again as great location.
"A great location and a 1st class Premier Inn"
Lovely refurbished rooms here. Bed and pillows fabulously comfortable. Location is perfect for river and amenities and tourist spots. Staff are very friendly and helpful. All in all a great choice.

Great staff, great location and AIR CON Booked last minute, checked in no issues, room was great spacious clean and with working air con. great location for wandering Stratford and breakfast service was prompt and efficient.
"Squished and dirty"
Got a family room. TINY!!!! Felt like the walls were zoning in on us. Squished. No bedside table. No table under tv. Horribly dirty carpet in hallway. Lift didn’t work. Location is good.

Location was great but not the best premier inn.Reception is two floors up to check in.Lots of stairs and hotel was like a rabbit warren.Not suitable if you are disabled.Room was ok but not great.premier plus room was quite small and missing items of the tea tray.Breakfast was poor ,no staff and missing standard items,what was there was cheap budget fare.wouldn’t stay in that particular hotel again quite disappointed.
