"I wouldn’t stay here again"
As Premier Inns go, probably one of the worst I’ve stayed in. Don’t get me wrong, the bed was comfortable and the shower worked well, also the location was very good but here are the issues: - Confusing layout of the hotel, lots of stairs so don’t choose this hotel if you have mobility issues - it’s like walking through a maze - I was in a Prem Plus room and it was tiny, one of the smallest hotel rooms I have stayed in (see pic) - Carpets in common areas, especially the entrance stairs are stained and falling off - surprised hotel management have allowed that to happen - it’s a really bad first impression - Toilet flush poor - No parking (but tbh, I knew this would be the case so I Parked and the Park and ride which is nice and cheap) If the hotel was £35 a night then I wouldn’t complain but I paid £85 a night and I feel like I was ripped off. For another £20 a night I could have gone to a much nicer hotel with a pool. I would avoid this hotel as it’s a poor example of a Premier Inn
"Not Brilliant"
Not the best example of Premier Inn. Décor and carpets looking tired coupled with a very limited evening meal menu and practically no bar on site. No parking available unless a Blue Badge holder. It would have got one star from me if it wasn't for the lovely staff there doing their best for guests. Awkward layout and not great for people with heavy bags to haul around the ups and downs of stairs on the same floor! I had a Premier Plus room and it was so far from reception and entrance/exit it felt like i was in a different postcode.

Great location, fantastic bed, good room, friendly staff, good value. Carpark a Multi storey about 5 minutes walk away.
