"Worst Premier In Experience I can remember"
Well a Premier Plus room was booked for myself and wife. We had one towel no shampoo and very little body wash. No water in fridge, no wifi code was given or offered. Breakfast no eggs available. The reason given for all the above was we have been busy...... We did not arrive until 8pm so they had time to get room ready.
"No food on the unlimited breakfast"
Very bad experience with the breakfast we paid extra for, there was literally no food available, as a family of 4 we went up and there was 1 sausage 1 bacon 1 hash brown and 3 eggs, lots of people sitting round waiting for food. Unlimited was what we paid for and we didn’t even get a breakfast between us ! No apology or explanation from staff. As we were travelling on to our holiday destination we couldn’t wait around and went elsewhere at extra cost to us
"NO Eggs"
We went for breakfast at 9 am and was deeply disappointed as there were no eggs at all. Eggs are the main staple for our breakfast. Unbelievable that a hotel had no eggs. The buffet also did not have any vegetarian sausages or bacon. The bacon that was on display was inedible as I think had been reheated and was hard. The plates on the buffet were cold and no plates for toast or pastries. Premier Inn is always our first choice of hotel but we were extremely disappointed after paying for two full cooked breakfasts which we did not receive.
"Not the same,such a shame."
We have stayed in this hotel many times,but this time it seems to have deteriated in style and service,we ordered breakfast one big mistake it was cold and was somewhat lacking in taste,since our last visit they have employed a kitchen/ restruant helper,he was over talkative and seemed to intrude into conversations,the worst part was to see him carry waste from the kitchen to outside bin,re enter restaurant and proceed to handle food without washing his hands this is a strict no no these days. Will seek somewhere else next time.
"friendly staff and nice clean room"
Stayed for a night passing through. Staff were really friendly especially the breakfast man. Room was clean and well done.
