Rugby North (M6 Jct1) hotel

Room was satisfactory. Unable to eat evening meal in restaurant due to recent changes within the company. Staff were extremely helpful considering the circumstances of the situation especially Agnes who went above & beyond her role to ensure we had everything we needed at breakfast.

From the moment we walked through the door, our stay was made by Luca on reception. His greeting was one of the warmest welcomes we've ever received at a hotel, striking that perfect balance of genuine friendliness and professionalism. As a gay couple travelling together, it also meant a great deal to see a rainbow lanyad worn proudly by staff. It's a small detail, but small details speak volumes, it told us immediately that this is a place where everyone is welcome, and we could relax and simply enjoy our time. Visibility like that matters more than many hotels realise. The rest of our stay lived up to that first impression: comfortable room, smooth check-in, and an overall great stay Thank you, Luca, you're a credit to the team 🏳️‍🌈

Stayed here while attending The Victory Show. Was a little disappointed that the evening meals we had pre-ordered had to be cancelled with no explanation, and made worse by having to wait 3 days for the refund due to it being a weekend. However the breakfast was spot on and the restaurant was fairly quiet. The room we stayed in was spacious enough for all 4 of us (2 adults, 2 children) however the childs bed was extremly hard. I also found the pillows to be very hard compared to other Premier Inns and suffered with neck pain due to this. Not a bad hotel but next time I will probably go elsewhere

Agnes is an absolute credit to the Premier inn team! From the moment you meet her, she is incredibly kind, welcoming and friendly, and she always makes you feel comfortable and valued. She has such a brilliant sense of humour and never fails to make people laugh, which makes the whole experience even more enjoyable. Her warm personality and excellent customer service really stand out, and you can tell she genuinely cares about the people she interacts with. Staff members like Agnes make such a huge difference, and Premier inn is very lucky to have her as part of their team. Keep being your amazing, funny and welcoming self, Agnes you are truly a credit to the team!

Hotel was good and hotel staff good. But the food in the restaurant was terrible dinner and breakfast not good dinner meat was under cooked chips were over cooked onions over cooked. Breakfast bacon like cardboard hash browns over cooked eggs dried up no one bothered to ask if everything was ok both at breakfast or dinner
