"Agnes and staff brilliant!"
Had a lovely overnight stay at Premier Inn Rugby North. Agnes greeted us when we arrived with friendliness and professionalism. Agnes sorted our dinner and breakfast arrangements for us with ease.
Agnes dealt with a very tricky customer with great professionalism and respect and ensured other visitors like myself and family were not impacted by them.
The ladies at the adjoining Brewers Fayre were just as friendly, all meals were great.

Good clean room. Hot shower. Pleasant staff. Good parking. Adjoining Brewers Fare was excellent with very pleasant staff & quick service.
Excellent retail park just minutes down the road.

Due to having to stay in the area for some time, I was at this Premier Inn for 10 days and this was my second visit having stayed previously in August. Firstly, the staff had been amazing both in the reception and in the restaurant. A particular mention should go to Agnes, who delivers the best customer service. I have been staying in Premier Inns both near Gatwick and in Rugby, and Agnes is a credit to your company and nothing too much trouble.
The rooms are a little tired but always clean.
I enjoyed the breakfast and I took the dinner option. There are some shops in walking distance and you can buy some items in the hotel and also they have snacks etc where you can donate to Ormond Street charity which I thought was a great idea. In addition, if you need more teas, coffees, milks, sugars these are readily available in reception. Plenty of car parking and ideal for getting into Rugby and surrounding areas and of course the motorways. My stay was very comfortable and I have no hesitation in recommending this Premier Inn.

If you’re looking for accommodation that won’t let you down, staff that are professional, dedicated and friendly, then Premier Inn hotels won’t disappoint! After a tiring trip, all I want to do is check in. Kate at the Premier Inn Rugby North (M6 Jct1) hotel was so efficient, friendly and welcoming, that it felt I was relaxing before even entering my room! Thank you Premier Inn for always making me feel welcomed!
