"Will def not be back premier in you are a disgrace get undercover and sort it out"
We did not stay we only went for breakfast I will start with the staff I asked when I went in are the eggs free range her answer was no idea and just walked away I have since found out myself they are not they are just classsd as not caged wich does t meen free range now to the food I orderd porridge what she brought me was total gloop it was tasteless disgusting not cooked how dare they serve that now the so called buffet and I have pictures some dry buns not in packets cousaunts were dry nothing in packets no yorguts just a load of cheep whatever it was poured in a silver container no cereal in boxes individually just Alpen the bread was as dry as anything the bacon sausages were cheep tasteless rubbish beans no taste in fact the whole lot no tintomatoes just dry tomatoes under a light I can honestly say for 24 pound for 2 it was a total disgrace for there customers to think we would eat that crap staff just stand around taking with each other waiting for you to leave before they take anything away the dirty stuff not body said how was your breakfast they all want training in customer service premier in you are a disgrace e will not be back

"adequate hotel for the city Centre with a rubbish car park"
For city Centre locations the hotel was comfortable and the staff were excellent
parking at 17 quid a night was a bit of a rip off and the car park was surrounded by quite a few hedges that are overgrown and blocking some parking spaces. My car was scratched as there was only one space left and I had to use it as there was no other parking in the immediate area
you need to get out and cut the hedges back on both sides as they’re also well over the pavement

Staff were so friendly, Michelle and Cameron were really helpful and so polite it is one of the friendliest Premier Inns that I have ever stayed in. I was so impressed that I couldn’t stop telling other people how good the staff were.

Have stayed here a few times now. It is undoubtedly the best one we’ve stayed in . Extremely pleasant staff who go out of their way to help. Very hospitable atmosphere. Great position for the city centre, the Sunderland empire and Stadium of Light.
Highly recommended.
