Great location very close to everything. Nice atmosphere, perfect new hotel with comfortable and clean rooms and other areas. Friendly staff. Will definitely visit again. Well Done!!!

"A real credit to the Premier Inn"
Our family stayed at the Premier Inn Sunderland City Centre along with another family. The location was as stated right in the city centre but was surprisingly easy to access and park.
Both our families had children with additional needs and the staff throughout our stay quickly made amendments, tweaked requirements, and accommodated our needs with such a positive and friendly manner.
All the staff we came into contact with throughout our stay were amazing. They made sure we had everything we needed, asked if they could be of any further help, and took the time to interact with us all. They were friendly and created a positive atmosphere.
The rooms were clean and comfortable, with the accessible room being particularly spacious. Our booking included a meal offer and so it was incredibly good value.
Highly rate our stay.

"Rave to Rage!!!!"
Stayed in Premier Inn Sunderland at end of March 26. No parking so cost of £34 car park next day for 24 hrs. Staff unhelpful with parking even tho we tried to book online parking before. Room was dirty. Needed tabletop wiping and carpet not hoovered . We went out and returned approx 6pm to our room. For the next 4 plus hours a local multi carpark approx 200 yds away boomed with a paid for rave. Windows on 3rd floor shuck literally and bass horrificly loud. Were we told, nope. Car park shut nearly a week to set up apparently. Staff could’ve said. Unsure if spare rooms would’ve been available for our one night stay. Terrible. Next day at breakfast staff said they knew it was loud as their office shook. We weren’t bothered by then. We couldn’t wait to leave. Worcs to Sunderland 225 miles , my wife after that drive didn’t need a rave, but the good nights sleep your ads say so. We left and will not be back. Bad experience and can’t get through to complain as apparently they are based in Egypt??? Complain about UK and Egypt will sort. The email i sent hasn’t bern replied too . Sums it all up.
