    "Overnight stay for theatre visit."
    Comfy bed, clean bathroom, friendly staff and decent price, what's not to love? Perfect location for the Empire theatre and the Bridges shopping centre.

    We were greeted by a friendly staff member Ryan on the front desk when we checked in. He was very helpful with sorting the discount code for the car park. Room was a decent size and clean, your usual premier inn affair. Breakfast was good with lots of choice and replenished lots. Shout out to the lady working Monday morning breakfast (sorry didn't get your name) And to the people moaning about the price of parking, it is displayed on the premier inn website when you book for all to see!

    A very positive experience overall. The room was clean and well stocked and very comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The hotel itself is located in a fantastic position, very close to the city centre, the Empire theatre and plenty of bars and restaurants.

    The staff were outstanding. All friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The rooms were large, clean and adequate. A fridge might have been expected. The location is good but the car park VERY expensive; also I only found the discount code on the second day. It was not exactly displayed prominently. I will stay there again.

    Think it's wrong that management bang on your door at 8am to accuse me and my nephew of smoking in the room when we weren't, then to be accused of being lying when everything is on cctv. Also tried to say that I had only booked for 1 person in the room even though on my reference it was booked for 2 adults. Definitely will not be returning
