"Stasher - superb service"
We didn't actually stay here, but instead left a bag using the Stasher service.
Drop off and pick up took about a minute each, which was essential as we had a very strict deadline to get the last metro of the evening to Newcastle airport.
Superb service.

Excellent location, very friendly and helpful staff. Room was clean and functional. Bed was so comfortable as expected but the icing on the cake was Karen at breakfast, she was polite, professional and attentive.

We have used premier inns for years and this one was our first time here in Sunderland and it was one of the nicest we have been to,good location for the empire which is why we were there.all the staff were extremely friendly and helpful,the room was perfect,very comfortable and lovely and clean and tidy one of the best we have been in ,we had a meal on the night and breakfast next morning both were very good ,we would not hesitate to recommend this place and we will definitely return again in the future.

I visit this hotel 4 or 5 times a year, And have always loved it. Lovely clean rooms adn fantastic staff. The manageress Karen is amazing and so friendly and helpful, Nothing is ever to much trouble for her. Definitely would recommend if you're looking for a good hotel
