"Wonderful staff."
Well what a wonderful premier Inn, and it was the staff that made it!, Mel stood out as fantastic, gave us time for a yap, Friendly, courteous, sorted small problem immediately , it's employees like this that make us want to return time and time again, a big thank you to Mel, and all the staff.

Absolutely brilliant stay at the Premier Inn A19/A1231. Mel at reception was very friendly. She is an absolute gem and attended to our needs promptly. She is an asset to Premier inn. I would highly recommend this location as it's so close to the A19 and very easily accessible

"Friendly professional staff just what the brand is at Premier Inn."
Friendly attentive staff from reception to restaurant.
Our rate of b&b was upgraded to have an evening meet.£118 for evening meal,good night's sleep and lots of breakfast choices.

Location is ideal local shops on retail park you can get food out as there is food restaurants close by. Rooms are very clean the staff are lovely Rachel is lovely reception very helpful and chatty couldn't of stayed in a better hotel
