Served on diner stinky meat like defrosted day before, on disgusting dirty plate. Avoid to eat in this restaurant at all cost.

We have just stayed here for 6 nights .we had a lovely time , room big and spacious , clean with everything you need , comfy bed .If we needed any more towels we just asked at reception and they were provided .Extra tea ,coffee ,little milks etc always available in reception on a stand .Staff were all friendly, welcoming and very helpful .It is a great base to explore the area .Plenty of free parking available .we have stayed in lots of Premier Inns all over the country so we know what we are talking about .We would definitely stay here again .we had room 22 on the ground floor .

"Don’t bother with this place"

I don’t think it’s unreasonable to expect there will be 2 bath towels provided for 2 people, and more than 2 coffee and 2 tea sachet’s. PI think otherwise which didn’t impress me. And no, I don’t see why I should have to ask for more. Another good reason not to use this hotel is the high pitched noise coming from something alongside the hotel, day and night. And resulting in us being unable to open the window of our stuffy room. PI no longer a good value option for us. I’d rather support an independent business than the penny pinching PI. Never again. PI has lost my custom.

"Excellent stay."

Had a great stay here. Check in was quick, easy and U was greeted by a friendly receptionist. My room was clean and tidy and contained everything I required. The bed was comfy too. Breakfast in the morning was delicious. This is my second time at this hotel in the last three months and I'll certainly be staying again in the future.
