Sunderland A19/A1231 hotel

Do not eat here. Breakfast fine but evening meals are absolute garbage & staff show no interest. Pleased to hear Premier Inn are binning Brewers Fayre. Good riddance. Hotel fine.

Its always a pleasure to stay at Sunderland A19 Premier inn ,the rooms are always clean and tidy and the Staff are very friendly and helpful. Its in a very good location to visit the surrounding area. My wife and i would like to give the staff on reception a huge thank you for returning my wifes gold ear rings which we left in our room. We did not realise till we unpacked but a quick phone call did the trick. just had to send a return post envelope and we recieved them back a few days later. Apologies for not remembering names but you are a credit to Premier Inn.

June 2026 Dear Sir/Madam. I would like to wholeheartedly commend both Mel and Stacy, for there perfect, going the extra mile, customer service delivery. It may be said that staff are just doing there normal duties. However, as a regular guest at the Premier inns all over the country. I have repeatedly experience excellent customer service. But unfortunately, I have experienced bad customer services in rival companies. Both Mel and Stacey are a credit to your organisation and should be commended as such. Always a pleasant today we're Premier Inn the staff a friendly Mel was helpful with setting me up and getting me booked in informed me of when all the meal times were on and asked me if I want some extra tea and coffee which were on the counter which I thought was a 5 star customer

Well what a wonderful premier Inn, and it was the staff that made it!, Mel stood out as fantastic, gave us time for a yap, Friendly, courteous, sorted small problem immediately , it's employees like this that make us want to return time and time again, a big thank you to Mel, and all the staff.
