Have used the Premier Inn off A19 in Sunderland for over a year on/off for a project i am workjnv on on Sunderland. The rooms are always clean and really comfortable. There is always plenty of patking which is free. Staff are really friendly and helpful, especially Rachael who always makes sure everything is ok with my stay.

We have stayed at this premiere inn before.
It's clean, tidy, well presented, fairly priced and the staff are great.
The beds are extremely comfortable, the rooms heating is easy to use, the facilities are always good and you can always pick up extra tea, coffee etc from reception.

We regularly stay at this hotel and always receive great service and comfort at the hotel. The receptionist Jack is first class and a credit to the company. He is friendly, informative and totally professional in his manner. He should be the training manager for anyone from any company on what is needed as a receptionist.

Arrived at 6pm, checked in to hotel, looking forward to relax in the bar to have some food after a 14hr day, only to realise the "restaurant" is actually a creche for kids, whose patents can't be bothered to stop them, and are happy to let them run around the bar area in their socks as the servers are trying to serve food. Zero control from management.
I stop in premier Inns 3-4 times a week. Avoid this place at all costs

Hotel accommodation was usual Premier Inn so you know what to expect. No complaints here. Very friendly receptionist, room clean and all fine.
