      "Brilliant for families"
      Comfortable, clean and amazing staff. Breakfast was fab. Second time staying. Staff solved a minor hiccough efficiently and with kindness.

      Lovely welcome at Reception, thank you, Rachael. Comfortable, clean room with plenty of space. We had such a good night's sleep that we left a bit later than planned!
      "Great value"
      Great hotel very easy to find and just off the main road. Happily go back. So much nearby but you need to be able to drive. Comfy bed. The hotel staff were lovely. Restaurant is fab value for money but not all the staff were as friendly they could learn form the hotel staff, which was a shame. Maybe a bit lack of staff at times and the soft play wasn’t manned for the majority of the time we were in there.

      Nice and tidy rooms with really quick checking in service and offered Great deals to go with the room roll on breakfast the best bit though was the great customer service from mel I stay away a lot for my job and Mel made my stay next time I come I'll definitely be on the look out for her! Every premier inn needs a Mel!

      The host on reception 'Mel' was fantastic, I needed a few issues sorting and was not a problem for her to sort out for us. The rooms are tip top as usual and the breakfast was brilliant. Would definitely recommend and will be staying here again on our return to Sunderland
