"Great hospitality."
Amazing family room on the Premier plus floor. My two year old had the option of travel cot or single bed which he actually slept a lot better in next to our bed. A purple ticket was an activity pack for my son, which was a really thoughtful treat. We added on breakfast when we were there, and which was brilliant, staff were so kind and attentive. We had an excellent stay. Thank you.

Stayed a couple of nights with grandchildren, was welcomed with a warm welcome at reception quite a quick and easy check-in, Room was plenty big enough, clean and welcoming . Hotel us a 10 min drive to the sea front with plenty of parking. Booked the breakfast for both days which is served in the breakfast room as the venue next door is no longer open .The breakfast served was really good with plenty of choice , the 3 members of staff we met in there were absolutely brilliant. Would have been great if we could have had an eveing meal in hotel. Will definitely be going back sometime in the future.
"Pleasant stay"
Pleasant stay. Comfy beds and clean. Rooms was really warm, thankfully it had a fan in it as the road outside is a busy one and keeping the window open all night isn’t ideal. Although the second night we had to open it. Other than breakfast there is currently no food at the hotel, but plenty of local places deliver and the hotel will provide plates and cutlery. Breakfast was typical of Premier Inn. The young lady in charge of breakfast was really friendly and did a great job keeping everything running and organised. She also did a great job of maintaining her professionalism with some guests (29/7) who quite obviously had very little consideration for other diners or the lady herself.
"Amazing breakfast hostess"
All of you staff are really friendly and helpful but I want to highlight one in particular.Valerie was the breakfast hostess on both days I stayed with you.She is an employee you should value.Kind ,friendly ,nothing was too much trouble .She made everyone she welcomed feel like they were really important .I would love it if she could be recognised for the way she represents your company
"Wonderful friendly and helpful staff"
The room was clean and as expected of a Premier Inn room but the staff in this hotel are the loveliest I have ever come across. Everyone was friendly and helpful but particular mention to Valerie in the breakfast room who was absolutely wonderful in every way.
