"Just been honest"
This site is not the best to be honest, upon arrival we noticed a it looked a bit outdated but hey never judge a book by its cover, when entering reception it was cleanish but no hello or welcome just a have you got a booking !! I know we had work gear on but please, then are you staying in same room with a weird look, yes it’s a twin room, walking down the corridor it was full of debris got to room 12 and opened looked ok but not very clean as expected cold water in basin didn’t work just hot, sofa bed was well well worn out could feel springs in mattress both sides, but hey only 2 nights and working away but far from the advert of best nights sleep !! Asked reception were the biscuits at as a bit of a joke to break ice and a simple don’t get them here, was that blunt didn’t even stay to report cold tap not working,

"Not your standard Premier Inn"
Worst Premier Inn.
The building needs better housekeeping. The room and bedding dind't smell pleasant. There were toe/fingernails around the base of the bed and the bathroom was grubby.
The room had more of an old peoples home feel and smell than a Premier Inn.
Work needs to go into the housekeeping on this site.

"Excellent value for money"
Had a really pleasant stay at Premier Inn North Shields (Ferry Terminal). The staff were friendly, welcoming and very helpful from the moment we arrived.
There was a slight problem with our room, so we had to move. We were moved straight away. The staff were amazing, they went above and beyond.
Check-in was quick and straightforward, and the room was clean, comfortable and well presented.
The bed was very comfortable and we had a great night’s sleep. The location is also very convenient, especially for the ferry terminal, with good parking and easy access to the surrounding area.
Overall, a comfortable and hassle-free stay with excellent service and good value for money. We would definitely stay again.

The staff were friendly. Booked two rooms but didn't get accessibility room for my 85years old Aunt. One room was uncleaned on arrival.

Water seems all around you at Premier Inn Hotel North Shields. We're perfectly located if you're taking a ferry to Europe and we're very handy for local business centres too.
Wet your whistle in the bars and restaurants of Newcastle, then watch the Magpies play. Or go back in time walking along Hadrian's Wall. The coast is waiting to be explored too, with Whitley Bay close by. Then splash down back at the hotel for mouth-watering food at our Brewers Fayre, and some very comfy beds.
