"Very pleasant stay"
I stay at Premier Inns very frequently and like this hotel chain. After the stay in the Premier Inn Team Valley, I was pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of our Premier Plus room. Again very spacious with fridge and coffee machine as advertised. The room and bathroom were both clean and the bed very comfortable. The only drawback was that they didn’t have an in-house restaurant and we would have had to go to Tobey Carvery next door. Not a big fan of Tobey Carvery so we didn’t eat there. There aren’t many places to eat in Washington and many were closed on a Monday. Breakfast was served in a small area of the hotel but the buffet was well stocked and the food fresh. I can’t find fault with this Premier Inn other than missing an in-house restaurant. I was very pleased with our stay and would return again.
"Stop Over on the way to Scotland."
Lovely comfortable stay. The room was spotlessly clean. Bed was super comfortable. No noise from corridor or outside the hotel. Perfect location for travelling to other parts of the UK just off the A1M. Would definitely return again. Thanks Premier Inn 😊
"Great place to stay the night - not far from Durham University"
The mattress was incredibly comfortable extra pillows were available. The staff were all amazingly helpful and friendly staff. A special thank you to David!

The staff at Washington Premier Inn make the stay there very pleasant indeed. They are all more than happy to do anything they can to help. Having staff like that puts this hotel at the very top!
