"Premier inn Washington"
Birthday weekend away, hotel was ok,only had one bathtowel in the room for 2 people. Breakfast plenty of choice, as long as the breakfast buffet is there, if its cooked to order expect to wait, a long time, then they will get your order wrong.
"Great Stay"
Another great stay at Swansea North Premier Inn. Staff very friendly and helpful. Room was clean and very comfortable. Breakfast buffet was plentiful with good choice of food. Good location close to a large Asda and 5mins walk away. Also Greggs and Costa on some site. Would recommend
"Great value!"
Amazing value! Comfy, spacious, bed and black out curtains, cot provided and very friendly, helpful staff that went the extra mile. Just what we needed after a long journey and a late night after a wedding.

We have stayed in many premier inns in the last few years taking our eldely parents away as they now need carers. From the minute we walked in I knew we had chosen an excellent place to stay. The staff were so welcoming. We were actually placed on the next floor from my parents. But off her own back Tania in reception asked us if we would like a room on the same floor ( it would mean having to move rooms for the last night but only opposite) all the staff were realy friendly and the rooms were spotlessly clean. We were booked in for breakfast each morning and again nothing was to much trouble. This is one of the best premier inns we have ever stayed. And im sure we shall return. All staff were amazimg going above and beyond. But I have to say 2 especially stood out to us Tania on reception and Sharon on breakfast/ house keeping, they are an exceptional credit to your team they certainly made our time away more special.
"Comfortable and convenient "
The hotel is conveniently located near the motorway making it very easy to get to but despite this it was nice and quite. The staff were friendly and welcoming and the room was clean and comfortable with everything you needed. It was nice to have a small table and chairs. The TV was very slow to respond, leaving me waiting after pressing a button on the remote. There are only two options for food in the local area, both of which get very busy, so if you staying more than a couple of nights you need to venture out to find something different, that said there isn't much in the area to choose from which is a bit of a let down.
