Newcastle (Team Valley) hotel

We had a lovely stay at Premier Inn. The location was convenient, the atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing, and the room was clean, comfortable and well presented. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, which made the experience even better. Everything was straightforward from check-in to check-out, and we felt comfortable and well looked after. Overall, a great experience and somewhere we would happily stay again. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Comfortable bed and friendly staff make this Premier Inn an OK place to stay. The Premier Plus room was tired. Stained carpet, peeling paint, fraying furniture, and very dusty. When you pummelled the pillows there was so much dust. Breakfast was quite good as was dinner.

Lovely stay, The Premier Plus rooms are fantastic and free parking. Lovely pub across the road where the food was excellent and very well priced!! Would stay again easily.

Currently just checked into room 205. Not gonna sugar coat it, its disgusting and needs a serious deep clean. Firstly bathroom check, there is mold growing on the grout, and around the top of the soap at the sink, and the sink plug hole. The bed sheets untucked. The carpet has a massive stain and the back of the chair too. And then I put the purple light above the bed on, only for it to illuminate dust up the wall and cobwebs in the corners. Unusual for me to want to check out and go home as soon as I arrived, but if I had the energy to and didnt have a day planned tomorrow, its exactly what I would have done. I will be making a complaint in the morning as the standards here are not good enough.

Had a fairly enjoyable evening staying at the property eith particular mention too Dan on the bar who was personable and incredibly friendly. The only downside of the evening was the small squad of children running up and down the halls most of the night and banging on doors overall an okay evening already planning to come back in a few weeks
