    "Poor"
This hotel is full of civil bared Poo on the windows and the hotel itself means a good updating and cleaning. I would not recommend to stay here as you don't get any sleep. Due to the vehicles landing unleaves, screaching all day and all night
"Great location, good for short stay"
Great value hotel in the centre of the city on the popular Quayside. Limited parking is available at £12 per day in a secure gate protected basement car park on a first come first serve basis. The hotel & rooms are largely in need of a facelift, but this isn’t a 5 star hotel & is fit for purpose. The hotel was also quiet, staff friendly etc. we didn’t eat in the hotel due to close proximity of numerous cafe’s & restaurants. The question is would I stop here again, certainly.
    "Sad experience, recommend to avoid"
Arrived at the hotel shortly after my agreed check-in time, the receptionist dealt with a couple in front of me, then exited the reception area without acknowledging me. After five minutes, I was forced to ring the buzzer. I had paid extra for early check-in, but was told the room wasn't ready. The receptionist advised me to wait in the bar, but another member of staff then questioned me about why I was there. My room was on the 4th floor. There is only one elevator to the 4th floor, which was out of order twice during a two-day stay. I had to carry my bags up 4 flights of stairs. The room lacked air conditioning, and the only way to cool the room was with a cheap electric fan. I didn't want to open the windows as the curtains already appeared to have bird excrement on them, and the windows were stained badly. The windows are single-glazed, which increases noise from traffic, sirens and birds outside. The condition of the hotel and the room in general was very poor; the carpet was worn, and almost all surfaces in the room were badly in need of repainting. The bathroom tiles were missing grout, and there was a bad smell from the toilet. The floorboards creak and bounce as you walk around the room and in the corridors. Taking a shower triggered the fire alarm in the room multiple times despite the bathroom door being closed. I have had many positive experiences with Premier Inn in the past, but this hotel was not up to their usual standards. This hotel is in need of some serious refurbishment and TLC, or it should be put out of its misery and closed down.
    "Run down"
The whole place is need of a lot of TLC, everywhere needs painting, carpets deep cleaned. It all looks grubby and run down. Staff and breakfast were good but we won't be staying at this premier inn again.
"The staff don’t appear to like their job here"
The bathroom smelled of urine and the smell was met as soon as we entered the room the clean did not remove the smell the staff were disgruntled unfriendly unwelcoming and inhospitable
