Newcastle Gosforth/Cramlington hotel

We had booked to stay after a week in Tenerife before travelling home. We arrived very late, after 2am, the lady on the desk was lovely, asking us about our holiday and where we had been. She explained about breakfast times should we want it as we weren't sure. The hotel was full as it was a Wednesday night but we were assured we were all right to park in the restaurant car park. The room was lovely with a lovely comfortable bed, just what was needed! Will definitely return

Nice hotel with 10 out of 10 food and here is why I'd go love to go again: . Comfy / cosy beds . Nice staff that were friendly . Staff give good advice . Have fresh bed sheets . Have good deals So would highly recommend and would come again.

Disappointing visit . Staff just ok ! Like they really didn’t want to be there. Dirty hand towel in my room on arrival Fortunately I use premier inn just to get my head down. But I expect better from a national company

Nice clean hotel and front desk was really friendly 😁👍 and pointed out the breakfast is now in the social room not next door at the pub and works on first come first served basis brilliant

A nice place to stay. Friendly and helpful staff, clean and comfortable rooms.
