"Great experience and a great nights sleep!"

You know what you're going to get with a Premier Inn, they're super reliable and we've never had a bad experience. We were travelling to Edinburgh and were looking for somewhere to split the journey up and found this. Its recently been refurbished and our room had definitely just been done, bathroom was spotless and everything where it should be! Breakfast is served in 'The Social' which was part of the hotel (not the usual walk across the road to a pub. The food was great and the staff were super helpful as were the people on reception when we arrived and left. Plenty of car parking, a McDonalds and Wetherspoons literally straight outside and back on the A19 in 30 seconds. Couldn't have asked for anything more really!!

We were very pleased with our two-day stay at the hotel. The Premier Inn Plus rooms are very well equipped – a coffee maker, refrigerator, and hot chocolate are just a few of the many surprises for a budget hotel. But above all, it's worth noting the very high level of cleanliness in the rooms and bathrooms. The service was excellent – the receptionist was smiling and knowledgeable. Thank you, we highly recommend this hotel.

"A Long Stay At The Premier Inn!"

It was such a lovely stay here. The beds were really comfy and the rooms felt cozy and welcoming. I also want to mention how amazing Sharon on reception is — she was so accommodating and made us feel genuinely welcome from the moment we arrived. The only downside for us was the breakfast social place on bank holiday monday. Kathleen, who was working there, was absolutely lovely. She was kind, helpful, and really looked after our family. You can tell she genuinely cares about the guests. Unfortunately, her manager’s behaviour really brought the atmosphere down. She came across as rude and snappy with the staff, and didn’t seem interested in helping out even when things clearly needed doing. It just didn’t leave the best impression. Apart from that we enjoyed our stay! 😀

Margaret at breakfast is just fabulous, nothing is too much trouble. Gent on reception was so welcoming and friendly on check in. Room spotless and fresh. Parking is no problem. Fab, convenient place to stay.
