"Overall good hotel"
Staff are lovely and the breakfast is good, evening meals not so good! Best to eat out and town is minutes away, definitely won’t stay again as no air conditioning in the rooms and the cleaning staff not regular enough for me, rooms very hot and the weather was hot when I went you can’t sleep,if they had aircon rooms I’d probably use again

"No Fans on the hottest days of the year."
Be careful when booking this location, with no aircon and staying when temps are 30 degrees and no fans its was unbearable to stay and sleeps. Only one fan in a family room that didn't seem to work or many any difference in cooling the room. Locate is great for the walk along the bridge and river. Main downside was the hot stuffy rooms. Perfect for the winter.

"Rooms too hot"
The stay was made uncomfortable because of the high temperatures in the rooms. Even with the fan on it was difficult to sleep due to the heat.
Other than that the hotel was great.

"Peaceful locale while still in the city"
I’ve stayed at a number of premier inns and the Newcastle Millennium Bridge is really a good bit better than the commuter belt near London. Great rooms, friendly, helpful staff, and better quality food, and great views over the river.
