"Good location, nice room, silly charge for early check in"
We were all very happy. It is pricey for a Premier Inn but in a reasonably quiet location and not far from many restaurants and the excellent riverside. The room is of a good size and very practically furnished. The b'fast is also more than adequate. My only gripe is that when we arrived 50 minutes prior to official check in, we were asked to wait or pay £ 15 for an early check in. The room was available. Is this really hospitality? What inconvenience does the hotel suffer to let us in 50 minutes earlier???

This is second time here at Premier Inn Millennium Bridge and find can’t fault place. Friendly & Professional staff who always helpful specially Eddie who worked Bar/Restaurant the few night stayed there. The room was clean and spacious view of The Quay. Restaurant food decent and plenty quantity on plates only downfall when stayed some of food on menu out stock but overall food nice the selection off alcohol drinks are decent need Guinness or even Newcastle Brown ale selling here though! Would still recommend this Premier Inn Millennium Bridge.

What a wonderful stay we have had! The lady that we met this morning to check us in was wonderful, super helpful and wonderful with our children! She even gave them sweets which they are still talking fondly about hours later. The night staff are wonderful and have been so accommodating, especially finding me ice for the kids milk for the night time. The lovely guy in the bar/main desk is so friendly and helpful and really nice to chat to. Can't wait to come back for our next adventure!

"Good base from which to explore Newcastle"
My wife and I had a good overnight stay here as a base to attend a concert in Newcastle. Got some better weather for this time of year so we were able to explore the nearby quayside. The centre of Newcastle and main railway station is a 20 to 25 minute walk away.
Staff were very friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and the bed provided a good sleep. Breakfast was tasty.
