"Excellent hotel"
We arrived at the hotel after a long hard day walking the Hadrian's Wall Walk. The staff who greeted us at check-in were very helpful and welcoming, our room was very comfortable, clean and tidy. We had our evening meal at the hotel, there was lots of choice and the food was freshly cooked. Breakfast next morning was the same. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and made sure that our needs were fully met. Highly recommended.

"Very comfortable stay"
Good location in a residential area just outside the city but close to the river and ten mins from the Metro. Staff very friendly and helpful and the usual high standard of room for a hotel in this price range. There is a very buzzy pub close by (Tanners Arms) that does meals if you choose not to dine in the Premier Inn but donât fancy a trip into the city centre,
Overall hotel very clean and tidy and would def go back.

An excellent city centre option with lovely, super helpful staff on reception and in the restaurant. Everyone was great, but Callum went above and beyond. Clean, comfortable, totally reliable. Great to have secure onsite parking.
