    "Great Hotel and Location"
    We stayed at hotel for an overnight stay prior to our early morning flight to Croatia along with two of our mates. Hotel is handily placed for access from the airport long stay car park and walking distance to the main terminal. The receptionist and bar staff were very welcoming whilst the rooms were more than adequate being clean and comfortable. Would highly recommend and great value.

    Stayed here the day/night before our flight, we got dropped off here by a friend, no charge for drop off etc, we arrived at 2.40pm but still made to wait until 3pm by an unfriendly girl on the desk who looked and spoke to us like she didn't want to be there, however when we did check in at 3pm another woman was on the desk and what a refreshing change it was, smiling, helpful etc, our room was fine, very comfortable, it was warm but a fan was provided so all ok, its very easy access to the airport, there is a gate you walk through directly outside and through the carpark of The Hilton Hotel, literally a 1 min walk, we popped into the bar , a very nice area, with nice food, we also sat outside in the sun, tables etc are provided, apart from our first encounter with the first girl at check in this was a pleasant stay and I'd probably return

    "Could do better ...."
    First the pro's: great location for an early flight, comfy bed Then the con's: no signage at the airport and the email from the hotel arrived too late to be of use finding out how to get there. Had a meal in the bar which took for ever to arrive, we had to chase several times. When my meal finally arrived the steak was ok, although rather more well done than medium, but the peas werpe lukewarm and the mushroom and tomato virtually raw. No salad dressing bar mayonnaise. I pointed this out to the waiting staff at the time but it was ignored. As we had waited 1 1/2 hours and still no dessert I quietly had a word with the manager who was extremely apologetic and refunded my meal. After 2 hours dessert turned up. We were hoping for a good night's sleep which was ruined by a winter weight quilt! It was either sweating it out or getting cold taking it off. No lighter blanket as far as I could see in the room.

    Convenient location and parking Room dirty, bathroom worse. Dried faeces inside toilet rim. Debris lying on the carpet. Breakfast dry and way overcooked. Toasters take forever so your breakfast goes cold while you wait. Told we hadn’t prepaid for breakfast and were charged, luckily I found my confirmation and was refunded. Scruffy hotel. Sticky tables.

    Lifting off or touching down? Premier Inn Newcastle Airport will give you the smoothest start or end to your journey. We're only 200 metres from the airport and the Newcastle Metro, so getting to and from where you need to be is a doddle. If you're doing business, you'll be pleased to know Kingston Park and Gosforth Business Park are close by so you won't have far to go to your super comfy, king-size bed and a tempting dinner at our on-site restaurant.
