"Premier Inn car park issue"
Hotel was fine apart from the noise of a few flights through the night, which is to be expected. My main issue is the fact that we have just received a £60 parking fine for parking in the hotel car park overnight. Apparently you have to pay for this and it’s not included in the price of the room (which is not made clear at time of booking). When we arrived at the hotel at 2.45 in the morning, the receptionist gave us a little slip of paper. He said “this is for the car park” but never mentioned that we had to do anything with it. To compound matters we took the wrong turn out of the car park and had to do a u-turn where we briefly moved through a bus stop when turning. We received another £75 fine for this (£35 if you pay it sooner).

"Great hotel for early morning flight"
Stayed here prior to early morning flight. Literally a few minutes walk to airport. It was a very hot day but table fan in room on arrival was brilliant and kept the room nice & cool. Restaurant & bar was decent and had a nice seated area outside. Staff were friendly & helpful. Quick & easy check in & out. Would definitely stay again for convenience for early flight.

Cant beat it for value if flying out of NCL. Clean comfortable rooms at a decent rate with options for early check in. A good allround stay!

Location wise its really easy to get to, staff were friendly and welcoming and the room felt spacious and had a fan and window.
Breakfast in the morning was lovely, staff were aware I had intolerances, communicated this well and were kind and accommodating, Jill was especially lovely! Would happily stay again ((:

"Wake up and buy another 'day long' parking ticket at midnight for the following day."
I booked a parking notice's app option of '1 day' parking (over £15) after following advertised information which is mounted on the Premier Inn building itself. I was only to be there from 16:15 until 04:45 (total of 12.5 hours) yet the app informed me that my parking period was to expire at midnight after a total period of 7hrs 45min. Obviously 7hrs 45min is not 1 day, so assume i'd been scammed by the Premier Inn bullding mounted parking notice as to avoid exceedence, i would've needed to wake up and purchase another day parking at either 23:59 or 00:01 the following day. One way around this is to purchase a cheaper/additional overnight ticket when you get to the lobby/reception of the Inn itself.. for an additional £11.
