"THE WORST NIGHT EVER"
The worst night ive ever had in a hotel. Premier Inn have a good night guarantee and ill be envoking that for the worst night ever.
We checked in at 6 and the room was at 31º we had a pishy little fan doing nothing but blow hot air around. We requested a 2nd fan. This arrived and was worse. We requested ice that did nothing.
In the end me.and my family had to sleep with damp towels over us to try and keep cool!
If id checked in earlier and experienced this id just ask for my £110 back and go home snd drive back down. HOTELS NEED AIR CONDITIONING. ESPECIALLY MASSIVE CHAINS LIKE THIS.
It gets 1 star just for being in a convenient location.

Fantastic stay at Premier Inn Newcastle Airport.
The whole team were friendly, welcoming and a real credit to the hotel. However, Louise deserves a special mention as she went far above and beyond anything I would have expected. She helped me enormously while I was suffering badly with heartburn, and her kindness and genuine care made a huge difference. Every hotel should have a Louise – that’s for sure!
The bar staff were also lovely and friendly, although I didn’t catch their names. The receptionist who checked us in at around 7:30 pm on 27/06/26 was equally welcoming and made check-in quick and easy.
We had a small issue with the bed linen, but it was sorted out promptly with no fuss, which was greatly appreciated.
The décor and bathroom could do with a little TLC, but everything was clean, functional and perfectly acceptable. Having a bath with an overhead shower was a nice bonus.
Despite being only around a five-minute walk from the airport, the hotel was incredibly quiet, making for a great night’s sleep.
Excellent customer service from the whole team, with Louise setting the gold standard. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again

Just a short walk to the airport and better value than the hotel next door. This premier inn looks a little run down compared to other ones I’ve been in, but was fine for a 1 night stay.

Room not cleaned properly, smelt damp. breakfast was lukewarm, the hotel needs to be refurbished. No air conditioning, room was extremely hit. Fan not working.
