"Poor shower pressure and even worse guest relations"
5 min walk to airport. Shower pressure in our room this time was terrible. Contacted guest relations who would not consider this matter as being lacking in the guarantee that Premier in provides, because I did not bring it up at the time at the hotel. Our flight was at 7am so we left at 5am and none was at reception to contact. I've adjusted my review accordingly and this will be our last stay here. Shame as we have stayed here the last 6 years when going on holiday. Guest relations just didn't do their job.

Excelllent location to newcastle airport, 2 mins walk or a few hundred metres, you litterally fall out of p inn door and your in airport car park , hotel is clean fresh and room was brilliant, dinner last night was great as is bar , meal & breakfast package is fantastic deal, breakfast better than getting in airport
Staff in this hotel are friendly curteous and nothining too much trouble from reception who booked us in very fast and answered any questions we had to the great bar and restraunt staff , great asset to this hotel, smiled and got everything we wanted quickly and with great service
Best hotel if your flying from airport or even stay for concerts etc in newcastle city centre as metro station is at airport, newcastle centre is 15/20 mins away

Gorgeous breakfast .
Greeted by a lovely young lass waitress & shown to a table. Ordered poached eggs & beans/ bacon .
Poached eggs cooked to perfection by Louise. Didn't know the name of the
Waitress but nothing too much bother for her & she didn't stop, tidying and cleaning tables as well as bringing out orders. An asset to your company ✨️

The Bed is fantastic so comfy it was v hot outside and A/C would be nice also we went down for lunch but bar not open a few more sachets of coffee would be good and a few more glasses in the room but v happy overall

I did not eat or drink in the Premier Inn, I am a woman travelling on my own.
The room was as expected and every thing I wanted, very clean, bed comfortable, so very quiet, internet good as I had work to do.
My room was on ground floor close to the external door, perfect for pulling my heavy case across carpeted floors, I must remember to book ground floor in future.

Lifting off or touching down? Premier Inn Newcastle Airport will give you the smoothest start or end to your journey. We're only 200 metres from the airport and the Newcastle Metro, so getting to and from where you need to be is a doddle.
