    "Read the small print!"
    On discovering only at check-in that my reserved room was in a completely separate annex adjacent to the main building above the restaurant/pub the receptionist saw my alarm and listened to my safety concerns, both personally and in general (fire safety/security etc), and very efficiently and kindly had my booking transferred to another Inn near-by and with the help of her manager, at no extra cost as a "good-will" gesture. I really appreciated this level of service and the kindly and efficient way it was sorted to my complete satisfaction.
    "Perfect for Newcastle trip"
    Perfect location for a Newcastle visit. 2 Minutes by car to NCL. Directly opposite a Metrostation into town. Parking at hotel is free. Hotel rooms are the typical premirr inn ones. Comfy beds. Bathrooms could do with an upgrade. Very reasonably priced. Breakfast right next door in a pub. Rated at 8 of 10
    "Lovely hotel"
    Really comfy beds clean rooms nice bathroom Great location the metro is literally over the road and 10 minutes journey from the city centre And staff really welcoming
    "Desperately Need Refurbishing"
    Perhaps the worst Premier Inn I have stayed in for some years. It is well located for the Metro and has a standard Premier Inn bed. However, rooms are very tired, tiny TV, threadbare carpets, tired furniture, mouldy bathroom with rotting woodwork.
    "Great place for a 1 night stopover"
    We stayed here for 1 night to break a long road trip. We received a warm welcome. Our room was as we expected from a Premier Inn with a very comfortable bed. We used the restaurant next door for an evening meal. We didn’t think the carvery looked very appetising so picked dishes off the menu. They were tasty and really good value for money. The option of an ice cream from the ice cream counter was something different and very tasty! Car parking was free and secure with a coded barrier. We both slept soundly and would happily stay again and recommend it.

    Our Newcastle Airport South hotel is an ideal stopover if you're jetting in or out, visiting Newcastle or the local area. We're only 1.5 miles from the airport and 200 yards from Callerton Parkway Metro station leading to Newcastle City Centre. After time spent in the air or out and about exploring, retire to our spacious rooms and ultra comfy beds. Whether your stay is for business or leisure we have you covered and with free parking for hotel guests it doesn't get much more convenient than a flying visit to Premier Inn Newcastle Airport South.
