    "Unhappy"
So disappointed, the air con had broken so had 2 large very loud fans on which had to be turned off at night as we couldn’t sleep, bathroom smelt very strong of urine.
    "Avoid"
Very dirty room and bathroom with urine all over the wall by the toilet. The whole upstairs of the building was ridiculously hot, clearly a known issue due to the multiple fans provided in the room( these were very dirty). Terrible night sleep due to the heat. Air conditioning was not working. Multiple items not available for breakfast including any pastries. We arrived late so weren’t aware of the dirty room until the morning but the staff attitude was very much, couldn’t care less.
    "Travel"
Great experience, lovely staff, family room could do with aircon or better fans. And the restaurant didn’t have any milk the first morning so we didn’t go back again
    "It was just ok."
Overall the stay was ok. Receptionist at check in wasn’t the friendliest but didn’t catch name to feedback. Rooms were clean and tidy, but incredibly warm in there. The thermostat in both rooms did not work so a fan was supplied, I think me using the hairdryer would have been more powerful. Paid just over £100 per night for the room, which in my opinion is quite steep for what was provided. WiFi was incredibly slow, and even paid for ultimate WiFi which was very poor. Breakfast was alright also. Overall the stay was just ok, but will not be coming back in a hurry.
"To hot to handle (not in a good way!)"
The staff were friendly and helpful but they all seemed very stressed, they were making the best of a bad situation. The room had an old noisy fan going in it when we got there blowing about the hot air in the room, and the window was open a small amount, as much as is allowed. The temperature outside was 22 degrees and cloudy. The room got hotter and hotter as the night wore on. We got no sleep, nor did our friend who was sleeping in a different building, again because her room was so hot. The restaurant was tired and the service in the evening was slow, it seemed 1 person was doing everything. At breakfast, the light over the first part of the restaurant and the food had gone out. Again 1 person was welcoming, taking orders and serving food. This Premier Inn needs a re-fit with air con installed. It's a lovely setting and looked really good when we turned up, unfortunately it didn't live up to expectations and the relentless heat was awful.
