"Overnight stay at short notice was a delightful experience."
Great service from check in to check out. Well located off the main roads so quiet and relaxing. Plenty of parking spaces. Room was nice and comfortable. Food was fantastic as was the service in the pub.
      "Average"
Bed & room comfortable, parking ample. Breakfast average & a few minor issues on arrival such as a full bin & no toilet paper in the room.
"Great place to stay, excellent staff +++"
We stayed for 2 nights at this Premier Inn - room was very hot but we expected that would be the case as no air conditioning here. Plenty of free car parking which was a bonus. We ate in the restaurant once and the food was very good, in fact better than other Premier Inn's we have stayed in. Staff in the restaurant Rani and Katie were great, both friendly and polite. Special mention to Receptionists, Jo and Hannah who were so helpful and nothing was too much trouble. The manager Adekunle was friendly and engaging with guests, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will return. Thank you all!
"Great stay even in the heatwave"
Was really concerned about the heat following previous reviews but it proved not to be as much of a problem as first thought. Just came back from 2 nights stay as was visiting windsor castle and brooklands. Stayed in 2 different rooms. We took a tower fan each just in case but the room fan was sufficient for the first night, only used it on the second night. We stayed in the main building so that maybe why we were OK. Staff all really helpful and friendly. Had dinner one night and it was really good - the lasagnes were home made, found all food to be of a good quality. Breakfasts both mornings were great as expected from premier inn. Ordered cooked breakfast and helped self to continental. Hotel set in a peaceful area, can hear the planes going overhead so advice would be to take earplugs. Would definitely return.
      "Disappointing"
A very tired facility, staff helpful and friendly but site looks uncared for. Room comfortable, but sparse. Tea and coffee facilities also basic (powder coffee/tea bags, no biscuits). No aircon, food offering generic and expensive for what it is. Bar offering also quite limited. At £200 per night (when I stayed in June 2025) it is also not cheap, in short there are much better value options around than Premier Inn, this one is in need of a major refit. Seems indicative of a chain that has lost its way.
