Woking Town Centre hotel

We booked a week here in mid-October mainly to hit Thorpe Park for Fright Nights and catch up with some old mates in the area. The real standout was how easy it was getting back late on a freezing, drizzly Friday night around 10:30 PM. We were absolutely knackered and drenched after the horror mazes, and normally hotel lifts take ages or keycards fail, but here the lifts were quick, the access doors worked without a hitch, and our fifth-floor room was instantly warm and quiet. The big bed was extremely perfect for passing out immediately, and we slept like logs until 9 AM without hearing a single sound from the hallway or the street below. The team on the front desk gave us a cheerful nod every time we shuffled in, and the whole place was spotlessly clean. I was suprised by how convenient it turned out to be for hopping on the train into London too, making our whole trip brilliant.

I Stayed here at Premier Inn in Woking for the first time 12th - 18th Oct as I was visiting Friends & went to Thorpe Park Fright Night's and this hotel surprised me alot as it was an great service. Room clean and presentable, Staff friendly & lifts very reliable with access to different levels & entrance/exit. I totally recommend staying here especially if your heading to the Theme Parks, or London or visiting?

Handily placed in city centre , easy walk from station. Able to check in at 3.00pm . All staff seen on reception were excellent friendly and knowledgeable . Breakfast best I've ever had at Premier Inn and I've stayed in a few. Krish wonderful friendly greeting in the morning

Stay was good, room was clean BUT!!!!! No goodwill despite staying one week later I booked the wrong week by mistake, noticed it immediately and contacted everyone straight away. I then booked the same hotel again for the following week, paid an even higher rate and actually stayed there for four nights. Despite this, there was no goodwill whatsoever regarding the original booking, costing me almost €500. I understand a non-flexible rate. But when an obvious mistake is reported immediately and the guest still returns and pays for the actual stay one week later, I find this complete lack of flexibility extremely disappointing.

I always book my annual stay at the Premier Inn in Woking Town Centre because I have come to associate it with familiarity and no bad surprises. The staff are polite, friendly and helpful. In particular I would like to give credit to Anna, Krish and Girlford who made my stay very pleasant.
