"Uncomfortable Bed"
Lovely Premier Inn. Disappointed with the beds as they used to be so comfortable and always had a fab sleep. But that want the case this time and I tossed and turned all night trying to get comfortable. Lovely and clean , breakfast was delicious
"Very nice Premier inn in a great location"
Stayed here for a Friday and Saturday night whilst visiting Thorpe Park, London and Legoland. Its in a good location, plenty of shops and restaurants around. Its about 10 mins from Thorpe Park and about the same from Hatton Cross Tube station, which we used to tube it into London on the Saturday. Its also about 15mins from Legoland. On check in the guy gave our boy a packet of biscuits, which put a smile on his face. Theres a carpark around the back of the hotel, which we managed to park in on the Friday night, it cost us about £5, 4pm until 8am, If that carpark is full, you can park in the retail park further round, its the same price, run by the same company. We had to park in this one on the Saturday night, I'll be honest, I wasnt keen, But the car was fine on the Sunday morning, and there was quite a few other cars around too. The room and hotel was clean and tidy, bed comfy and breakfast very nice, it wasnt the hottest, but what buffet breakfast ever is. If there was 1 negative I would say not been able to open the room window, the aircon wouldn't go below 19c and kept turning itself off, we ended up pulling the duvet out of its cover and just using the cover! Overall I would stay at this hotel again, and probably will next year when we are thinking of returning to Thorpe Park/London.
"Clean and comfortable "
Comfortable, clean and convenient We have used this Premier Inn a couple of times for visits to Twickenham. Really easy to get to, clean, comfortable, good breakfast and easy location for the train station. Car park across the road was good
"Two night stay"
Very central location for what we needed - recommended by a friend as we were visiting Legoland. Right on the high street so lots of places to eat. As we arrived all self check in machines were out of order. Nobody on main desk but when using the buzzer they appeared out of side room. Room located on 1st floor, nice spacious and clean. Surprised tv did not have Netflix etc for the children. Had food at the hotel 1st night. Good was mediocre. Poor waitress Ana was alone so was serving drinks, taking orders and manning the bar which I thought for a bank holiday weekend they could have had more staff on for the guests there. Also, think 6pm is a bit late for food service with small children. All in all, good central location for stopping off for checking out the activities.
"Great stay"
Good location right in the middle of the town centre plenty to see and shop, bars and restaurant's nearby. The car park was quite good we stayed on a Sunday and checked out Monday at 10:30 and paid £3.60 which was good. The room was standard as usual for a Premier in, comfortable, nice shower, T.V.
