"We Felt Like One of the Family"
The room was ready and was spick and span. The cleaners were very helpful when we ran out of coffee and the friendly demeanour of Anel Unati relaxed us when asking for advice when choosing from the menu. Thank you Premier Inn, Anel is a credit to your organisation and we will definitely be returning to your lovely hotel

I had a wonderful time. The inn is conveniently located near many shops, it was easy to grab an emergency phone charger. The room was so quiet I truly got rest after my long travel, I slept quite peacefully. When I went down to breakfast it was quite nice being greeted by Felicia, she has a warm and welcoming energy that made me feel like I was revisiting a distant relative. She took really good care of me. If I find myself back in the UK this will be where I stay. Thanks guys this is ideal travel stay.

"Family Stay During a Heatwave – Great Staff at Premier Inn Staines"
We stayed at Premier Inn Staines Upon Thames for a family trip to Thorpe Park, and honestly, the staff made the whole stay feel easy and welcoming, even during a full-on heatwave.
The cleaning lady was brilliant. Our room was spotless every day, and she was so friendly whenever we saw her. The receptionist was absolutely lovely, super helpful and cheerful. And the breakfast team deserve a shout-out — they were fast, hardworking, and kept everything topped up even when it was busy.
The WiFi was great, which was handy for planning our theme park days and keeping the kids entertained.
Only two small negatives:
• You can’t adjust the A/C, which wasn’t ideal in the heatwave. Staff did what they could, but it was still warm.
• The bin liners are very thin, so they tear easily.
Other than that, we had a really good stay. The staff were the highlight — they handled the heatwave like absolute stars.
