Chargeable off-site parking is available at Two Rivers, Mustard Mill car park (TW18 4WB) 3 min walk from hotel. Pay and display, charged at £12 per day. Parking is free from 6pm until 7am. £2 all day on a Sunday. Electric charging points can be found at both the south and west car parks.

"Great Food, Friendly Service"
Really enjoyed my visit to Premier Inn — ended up eating in the restaurant and it was a great choice. The staff were genuinely friendly and attentive without being too much, which made it feel really relaxed. Everything was nice and clean too, which always makes a difference. I went for the Big Stack Burger and honestly it was spot on — really tasty, good portion size, and you could tell it was freshly made. Overall, just a really pleasant experience with great service, good food, and a comfortable atmosphere. I’d definitely come back.

Hotel was very clean and well organised. Staff was very welcoming. Food was great very accommodating to our allergies. Hotel is so close to train station and shops.

"Blocked loo in Staines upon Thames"
Blocked toilet in room. My family had to use public toilets in restaurant as an alternative. Would not stay here again as cleanliness has declined since our stay in summer 2025.

Overall, our stay at Premier Inn Staines was excellent. It is a lovely, modern and clean hotel. The staff are amazing and nothing is too much trouble (Tia was super helpful). The rooms are very comfortable. The location is great - right in the town centre where there are plenty of shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets and it is about 8 minutes walk to the train station. It is a few minutes drive to Thorpe Park and about 30 minutes drive to Chessington World of Adventure.
The only negative is the lack of car parking in the car park adjacent to the hotel (just behind the hotel). We stayed 3 nights and never got a space there. The 2 EV chargers were constantly in use too. We parked in the shopping centre car park close by, which I imagine is fine for most people but as a single parent, I did not want to leave my children in bed to go and get things from the car to to move it out of the EV charging bay etc., which I would have done if the car was parked in the car park behind the hotel so this was a bit of an inconvenience. I have still given 5 stars though as everything else was perfect and I was aware that we might not get a space in the car park.
