Redhill Reigate hotel

On February 26, 2026 my Dad suffered a Sudden and Near Fatal Cardiac Arrest while we were boarding our Emirates flight at LGW. By the grace of God there were Angels (3 fellow passengers and the EK crew) aboard who managed to resuscitate him. Dad was medevac'd to the nearest hospital, Mum and I were deplaned along with all our luggage. We spent a long, terrifying night at A&E while they worked to save Dad's life. On February 27th I checked my exhausted, frail mother and myself into the Premier Inn Redhill Reigate. After explaining our situation, Amy and the Reservations Team, Caroline, Syeed, Zof, Nanna and Antony went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and safe. The emotional support they provided on a daily basis along with words of encouragement gave Mum & I the strength we needed to support Dad while he underwent treatment and subsequent ICD. We spent 15 nights at the Premier Inn Redhill Reigate and will never forget the kindness from the Res Team, Housekeeping, Matt and the Team at the Mill House Beefeater next door who saw to our meals daily with an excellent breakfast and good value dinner options while also offering words or encouragement and support. Being close to LGW, with free parking to guests, reasonable wifi costs and easy access to the main motorway, I can 100% recommend this hotel to anyone needing a safe comfortable, quiet location to rest. We had a large spacious room, on the ground floor to call our Home From Home. Once again to Amy, Caroline, Syeed, Zof, Nanna and Antony we will forever be grateful to you for your kindness.

Visit this premier regularly to catch up with family , ideal location especially if flying out from Gatwick .. rooms always clean , have everything you need and staff are always professional , super friendly , nothing is too much trouble . There is a beefeater restaurant next door and have eaten a few times there and food always been good and very reasonably priced . There is nothing not to like about this premier inn and would highly recommend .

Room stank of weed, missing tv remote, no working plugs next to the bed. Didnt bother to stay the night.

Clean hotel with friendly atmosphere. Very helpful staff (special mention to Caroline on reception!) Plenty of parking always available. Poor phone signal in rooms is only downside... although quite nice after a long day at work.

From the pot holes in the driveway to the cobwebs in our room the whole place seems shabby and run down. We asked for our room to be cleaned and they changed the towels but left the dust, mould and cobwebs intact. On the positive side, the staff were friendly, the room quiet & the bed comfortable.
