"Good location if flying from Gatwick airport."
We stayed here the night before flying from Gatwick. Ideally located approximately 10 minutes drive from Gatwick south terminal and with plenty of onsite parking.
On arrival our room only had 1 bath towel which meant an extra trip to reception to resolve. This Premier Inn does not have a lift which was a pain as we were on the first floor which meant dragging our suitcases up the stairs and is something to consider if you have mobility issues. The bathroom was very tired with filthy mouldy mastic and dirty soap dispensers however the shower was excellent with good water pressure. Staff were polite and helpful.

We have stayed at the Premier Inn before and been very happy with an overnight stay on the way to The Tunnel. On this occasion Amy in Reception went above and beyond printing some info off for us. Many thanks

I had a lovely stay at the hotel with my family. Staff were very friendly and accommodating at reception and at breakfast.

"Pretty poor compared to other premier inns"
The place looks very tired compared to other premier inns. The bedroom had a really musty smell and you couldn’t open any windows to let fresh air in. There was a urine stain on the bathroom floor and the shower head had black mould around it
