"Not accessible"
Hello I stayed in one of your rooms on the 18th August 18.08.2025 Flat 1 30 Cambridge Road ALDERSHOT GU11 3JY Guest Name: Ashley Sutton Room No: 306 Arrival Date: 17.08.2025 Departure Date: 18.08.2025 Invoice No: ADJI40871 Confirmation No: 2477516465 Customer Reference: PO No: Date Issued: 18.08.2025 I asked a ground floor room and an accessible shower because im desabled, but when I entered the I noticed it was a bath with a shower over it , which made it extremely difficult to use because of slip hazard and legs not allowing me to step over . I paid over 60 pounds im not happy
"Perfect for our trip"
Great location, easy parking although most spaces are a little way from reception, friendly reception staff, Premier Plus rooms very well appointed.
"Good stay"
The hotel and room was spot on couldn't fault but there was not enough cups but we managed the breakfast wasn't the best so I wouldn't order that but I would stay in the premier inn
"Being flexible when able to"
I was with my elderly mother for a family wedding and due to miscommunication, I had to extend our visit so had 2 bookings for accessible room, first half with lowered bath and original later booking wet room which is what i wanted. The wet room had become available when we checked in, so the receptionist changed the booking, so we were in the same room throughout the stay with a wet room

A good stay just outside of central Guildford, comfortable beds, easy parking, good breakfast. Will come again. Thanks!
